THOUGHTS:
Finally a Romance book that spoke to my heart. This book was funny, witty and heartfelt. Once I started reading, I literally could not stop. I loved every minute of it.
Okay, before I started reading More Than Forever I thought I had all set for it. Tissues, chocolates and ice-cream were nearby, but it turns out, I was not ready at all. It seems I also needed a bottle of Xanax and! a punching bag! Good lord of all the angst, have mercy on us! The love Lucy and Cam shared was so special. And their sexual relationship was one of the best I’ve ever read in books. So honest and pure. Innocent. And so damn hot!
I loved the tension and butterflies in this book. The banter was delightful. The side characters were really fun. But the bound and the intimacy that grew within Daphne and Miles friendship was what really got me. Breathtaking beautiful. I just loved this book from beginning to end.
All the Rhodes Lead Here is a classic slow burn, with interesting characters, and a very well written story. A book with heart. This book has definitely made me feel.
I barked out laughing, I smiled, I cried, got angry… My heart was almost ripped out of my chest reading a scene in this book as I could feel every emotion the characters were going through at that moment. Beautifully written.
Hoang did an incredible job creating Khai and all the other characters. They have great depth, real struggles, and good hearts. This romance will grow your heart and your mind. I absolutely loved this book! It was even better than her first one.
What a fun, sexy, hilarious read. You will fall in love with it Logan and Grace they are adorable together. I loved their relationship and watching the progression of it.
This book was so adorable!! The innocence of both characters and their pure love is not something we see very often. I also loved the fact that this book was zero-angst. No drama and no heartache. Just two adorable awkward people falling in love.
I loved everything about Theo. He is such a good guy, the kind of guy I wish I had. He doesn’t get all the girls, but he doesn’t want all the girls either. He wants the ONE. He’s not comfortable with one night stands. He’s talented, funny, extremely loyal, and so adorably cute! I’m obsessed with him.
Where Love Meets Destiny #1, interconnected series

THOUGHTS:
This is a story of broken people shining with their strength and silent people learning that they do have a voice. We are all the same. And we’re all worth it.
In a Jam was filled with authentic characters, heart and depth. It gives you exactly what you want in a romance novel. I lost count how many times I giggled, I swoon and smile during this read.
If you think you have this book all figured out, and are sure that it’s a story that has been told before, you are so far wrong… Deep emotions, twists and turns, and all the feels. This book is a rollercoaster of emotions. And nothing like what you’ve read before. I guarantee!
The emotion of this story is so palpable, I felt it in every word, in every interaction with these characters who feels so true and real. Be prepared to swoon, to laugh, to cry, to empathize, to question and to feel your heart race and get butterflies in your stomach as this beautiful love story unfolds.
Four Day Fling was a hilariously fun read. I laughed throughout the whole book. The romance was so good and Adam was just so swoon-worthy. Hit all the right notes.

꧁•⊹٭ single dad ༊*·˚. secret relationship ༊*·˚. pilot vs mechanic ༊*·˚. cinnamon roll hero ٭⊹•꧂
REVIEW:
I’m a sucker for a single dad romance, and this one was really enjoyable. The characters were funny and witty, I liked their banter. Lola l, Ozzy’s daughter, was funny and very realistic in her 10yo age and attitude. I loved the relationship between her and her dad. However, there are some things I didn’t like.
1- A few times I felt like Jewel E Ann was trying too hard with the humor.
2- Ozzy needed more of a backbone with his ex in-laws. I loved how he was willing to do anything for his daughter, and just supported her and didn’t push her to heal faster from her trauma, but he was allowing his past and guilt to rule his life too much. I sometimes wanted to shake him and tell him to grow some pants!!
3- The romance. Although the banter was fun and there was chemistry between the main characters; I wanted a bit more emotional depth. We could definitely feel their connection on a physical level, but I felt that that energy wasn’t fully matched emotionally.
4- The drama towards the end. Why when is there trauma in romance books, authors feel the need to make similar things happening AGAIN to the characters? Ugh 😖 But the biggest issue here is not even that but how Ozzy handled everything. Unacceptable!
5- The female narrator’s voice was annoying. Luckily, it didn’t ruined the experience with the book, but certainly didn’t enhance it either.
Overall, it was an enjoyable read for me.

Devney Perry saved the best for last! Hands down, my favorite in the series. It had it all! Angst, wit, steam, and lots of heart. Their banter was delightful, their chemistry was sizzling hot, and the slow burn was absolutely worth it. The audiobook was top notch on top of it all.

This was a book I was ridiculously excited to read, and I am truly heartbroken that I had to call time of death at 60% through of the audiobook. I kept zoning out, nothing in this story could hold my attention the more I tried. I just couldn’t do it anymore. I prefer reading something with a bit more romance or thrill to make it harder to put down. This really had neither. Everything was just SO bland.

Say You’ll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez
Not going to lie, this book felt like I was in a therapy session. So deeply emotional and portrays trauma in such a real way that was sometimes exhausting. Don’t get me wrong, this book is beautifully written, but definitely not a RomCom. If you are in it for the romance, forget it! This isn’t it.
The insta-love did bother me a little in the beginning, but I understood that was necessary for the premise of the long distance relationship though. Also, the fact that they were barely together and when they finally managed to be together, they still had to deal with a lot of what’s happening in Sam’s family life; unbalanced the story a little bit. It was sometimes exhausting to read as it features heavy life topics. There are a lot traumatic events both main characters were going or went through and also discussion around animal abuse. I just needed a little break at times. You know, just enjoy seeing these two inside their love bubble without any outside interference.
However, I’m still very happy to have finally read this book. I loved Xavier to pieces. He gave his all to make things work between him and Sam. He was an amazingly supportive partner through each of Samantha’s crises while working through his own trauma and also exhaustion. What an incredible man he is! The epic book boyfriend material.
“If you had the power to erase every memory you have of me so you didn’t know what you were missing, would you do it?” she asked.
“No, I wouldn’t do it,” I said without even thinking about it.
“Why?”
“Because life wouldn’t be worth living if I didn’t remember you.” She looked like she didn’t believe me.
“But it’s so hard though,” she said.
“Would you erase the memories of your grandma so you wouldn’t feel the way you feel right now?”
“No.”
“Some things are worth remembering, Samantha. No matter how much they hurt.”
That! That right there won all my heart for this story… 🥹

I also loved the fact that Nina wasn’t a doormat or some pitiful virgin who needed constantly rescuing. Their chemistry is unmatched. I ate this book up and left no crumbs 🤭 Delicious!

𝓡𝓮𝓿𝓲𝓮𝔀 : As a romance reader I am that occasionally enjoys reading a fantasy book, I needed a bit more sexual tension between the main characters. However, this was a thrilling fantasy novel, so different from any vampire book I’ve read. Very unique. The ending took me in an emotional ride, I didn’t see it coming. Fantasy’s readers will definitely eat this book up. Soooo good!

𝓡𝓮𝓿𝓲𝓮𝔀 :
Although the writing was in fact amazing and compelling, and it did have me turning pages, I wasn’t completely in love with the storyline. I’m doing my best at not being so judgmental when reviewing this. So bear with me! 😅
If life taught me a lesson is that you can’t judge others when you’ve never been in their shoes. Also, be careful of throwing stones, we all live in a glass house too. We are all human beings after all. We make mistakes, we make poor decisions, we make others suffer. The bottom line is, did you learn your lesson?
That being said, it was still not easy for me to read about Beth’s story because Frank was a very good man, a too good husband to her and also a good dad. He loved his wife with all his heart. He would give her the moon if he could to. Damn! He gave her more than that. And that’s what makes SO hard for me not to judge Beth. I believe her vulnerability made her take pretty poor decisions in life. And sadly, those decisions affected everyone around her. However, she’s learned her lesson and that’s life. Learn with our mistakes and not repeat them. Trying to become a better version of ourselves. I’m genuinely glad she’s got another chance for happiness. We can see she is a different Beth after everything and for that this book was truly beautiful. That is exactly how each of us is, imperfectly beautiful. This book definitely evoked strong emotions and made me cry in the end. I wonder how long it will be before my heart lets this one go… it definitely deserves all the stars.
Have a great week, everyone! 💋

1- The author should do some research when writes about something she doesn’t have much experience with or knowledge. False positive pregnancy test is very and I mean very rare. Almost impossible! And it only can happen in rare cases like testing too soon after a miscarriage, abortion, or childbirth or if you are taking fertility medications that contain hCG. So if the test says you are pregnant, YOU ARE PREGNANT! The opposite though, it’s more common.
2- While the hero was still a virgin he was way more sexually experienced than the heroine and that bugged me a little. Didn’t he promise all his first to her as well?
3- The plot twist although unexpected, was once again a bit ludicrous. I felt like I was suddenly watching a bad soap opera on TV.
3- Ten years!! Ten f*cking years so they can finally be in the open for the world because they were once step siblings. Their parents married when they were 18! Eighteen!!!!!!! And they were married like for a year or two and then you have to wait 10 years to tell the world you two are togheter. Nope! That was a bit of a strach to me.
4- The ending also felt rushed.
That being said, I read this in one-sitting. Rina Kent’s writing is immersive and full of palpable tension. The chemistry is also off charts! Even if it wasn’t perfect, it was still a great read for me. I will give this 4 stars, nevertheless.
