Funny Story by Emily Henry
πππππππ:roommates, opposites attract, forced proximity, friends to lovers, sort of fake dating, exes getting revenge, found family. When you find a book that can make you laugh out loud, feel the love, and make your heart sing, you know you’ve got a winner. I feel like I’ve hit the jackpot with this one. I totally loved it! And I will say more, this may be Emily Henry’s best romance yet!!!!! I loved the tension and butterflies in this book. The banter was delightful. The side characters were really fun. But the bound and the intimacy that grew within Daphne and Miles friendship was what really got me. Breathtaking beautiful. I…

If Only I had Told Her by Laura Nowlin
πππππππ:depressingly sad, suicide attempt, cheating, depression, pregnancy. Emotional. Gut wrenching. Raw. Intense. When I picked this one to read, I knew I was going to be on one hell of an emotional ride. I just was not expecting it to be through Splash Mountain at Disneyland. Holy hell, this book hurt. It hurt A LOT. I loved it and I hated it! Romance novels are not supposed to be this sad! πππ Do not read this book if you donβt want to feel blue. This is a very sad book, I dare say it is sadder than the first book. I am destroyed!! “It matters which people you spend time…

This Could Be Us by Kennedy Ryan
πππππππ:single mom; single dad; friends to lovers; forbidden love; slow burn. While I think this was slow paced and a bit longer than necessary, it was still stunningly beautiful. I absolutely wholeheartedly recommend it. “A woman who wants more and realizes she deserves it is a dangerous thing.“ Soledad Barnes has her life all planned out. Because, of course, she does. She plans everything. She designs everything. She fixes everything. Sheβs a domestic goddess who’s never met a party she couldn’t host or a charge she couldn’t lead. The one with all the answers and the perfect vinaigrette for that summer salad. But none of her varied talents can save her when catastrophe strikes,…

Mayluna by Kelley McNeil
πππππππ:rockstar, second chances, nontraditional hea. What??? Nooooo! Seriously, why did you do this, Kelley McNeil?!!!! π©π Mayluna was so heartbreakingly-beautiful. It has Daisy Jones vibes all the way and I was instantly hooked. I was just not expecting that ending! Itβs with tears in my eyes that I give Mayluna 5 stars! “Simply repeating one day after the next is the enemy of a fulfilling life.“ A legendary band, an iconic lead singer, and their mysterious connection to a woman whose love helped create the music of a generation. Timing is everything in a powerful novel about fate, regret, and moving on by the author of A Day Like This. In…

Powerless by Lauren Roberts
Content: rivals to lovers, forbidden love, rich hero, sassy heroine, forced proximity, slow burn, magic, young adult. I LOVED IT SO. MUCH!! The writing is smart and sassy. The tension between Paedin and Kai is hot and electric. The ending broke me. This romantasy was enthralling and addictive. The only downfall is we have to wait til July for book two. God help me! π« “Youβre a cruel little thing, you know that?β My voice is deep, desperate.βBut Iβve barely laid a finger on you,β she says softly, emphasizing her words with a single finger tracing up my forearm.βExactly.” She is the very thing heβs spent his whole life hunting.…

Binding 13 by Chloe Walsh
πππππππ:sports romance: rugby, friends to lovers, rich hero, virgin heroine, small town, slow burn at is best, Irish. This story was split in 2 books. So Iβm reviewing both books as one story. Iβll be honest, Iβm drained! Completely utterly worn out! One, because it is a pretty fucking LOOOONG book. Not kidding! Book 1 has 887 pages and book 2 has 938 pages. And you will have to read both books so you can get a conclusion to the story. Two, the angst felt a little too much at times. I almost had to take a Xanax to calm me downπ Three, the content. Specially the last book. Too…

The Choice by Ashley Jade
πππππππ:dark romance, rockstar, love triangle, forced proximity, the wrong brother, cinnamon roll hero, angst. What a ride!! This book is like so addicting that I finished it in less than 24 hours. I loved Memphis so damn much but I hated Josh. He is manipulative, rude, arrogant, and so mean. He was incredibly abusive towards Sky and does not deserve her. I am team Memphis all the way. And I do hope he gets his HEA. Gah, I need The Consequence more than I need food right now! π© “He tastes like home and faith. Like loyalty and sincerity. Like affection and security.“ The world thought I belonged to another…

The Right Move by Liz Tomford
πππππππ:sports; grumpy & sunshine, fake relationship, rich hero, opposite attract, roommates, slow burn, funny, alpha hero who are actually a dirty-talking cinnamon roll, multicultural, sisterβs best friend. Then there is Ryan freaking Shay. He is my newest book-boyfriend obsession. I am officially head over heels for him. I would marry this man with a paper ring. I couldnβt get enough of Ryan and Indy! Their chemistry was amazing from day one. I loved how they just effortlessly came together. He was the yin to her yang. β―οΈ And although all the side characters shines in this book, one in particular will definitely steal your heart, right Rio?!π₯Ή Gosh, now I…

The Never King by Nikki St. Crowe
πππππππ:dark romance, cruel hero, forced proximity, abduction, enemies to lovers, polyamorous, reverse harem, mΓ©nage, age gap, alpha male, retelling fae. I didn’t expect to love this book as much as I did. I thought it was just going to be a dark fantasy retelling of Peter Pan. Boy was l in for a surprise! I really have not enough words to describe the amazing writing skills. She took the world of magic, shadow and betrayal and took it to whole new level. The world and characters has so much depth. And the spicy? Damn! I wasn’t expecting it to be so mouth watering delicious! π€€ This version took the original…
