Little Liar by Leigh Rivers

Rating: 3 out of 5.

Review

Honestly, I was mostly uncomfortable while reading this. Malachi sure has some kind of a mental disorder. That obsession and twisted devotion for his foster sister screams red flag to me. The things he did with her while she was unconscious because he drugged her were sexual abuse, let’s be honest.

I couldn’t like Olivia in part 1, much less their parents but their mother sure wins the category of the most abhorrent character here! Ugh 😑

Part 1 was way more interesting than part 2. Part 2 was kind of boring.

Them having sex while running away in danger was so ridiculous that I actually laughed out loud with that scene. Ludicrous!

However, the spicy in the beginning is SO intoxicatingly well written that this author makes you enjoy things you don’t usually like. Even with all the bells going off in my head, they couldn’t stop me from reading every single detail and guiltily enjoying! The second epilogue was also everything.

I really don’t know where I stand with this book, truly. I’ll settle on 3 stars then.
