Review

Save Me continues to follow Shiloh through her trauma, recovery, her new life and navigating her new relationships with the boys. I feel like there’s been a lot and nothing happening at the same time. Two books later and we still kind of in the dark and their relationship haven’t fully developed yet, although we do get a bit more spice in this book than book one, thank goodness for that!

Shiloh annoyed me a bit in this book, but she is written to be 18 year old, and as such she is written as an 18 year old. I get it. But what was really exhausting was the fact that everyone in this book was an enemy to her. Even her uncle. Come on!

Still enjoying the story though. The writing is really good and the realism of the relationship is solid. I’m intrigued about Knox, I want to see more developing in their relationship. He’s my favorite from the brothers. I will definitely pick up the next book to see how the story unfolds.

Every time I look at you, I get a glimpse at happiness.

You will fall. You will fall many times. Sometimes the fall will hurt more than you ever thought possible and you will feel like you don’t want to get back up. Like right now, for example. But you will, and when you do, you will be stronger.
