I couldn’t get into the story. The one-night stand turned into feelings right there. That’s it. No tension, no buildup. We don’t have to see their feelings developing. They falling in love. I wasn’t getting a lot of chemistry from them either. That’s the whole point about reading romance novels, we want to feel the love. Get butterflies in the stomach. This story gave me nothing.
