I think it’s time to say good bye to this author. I love The Miles High Club series immensely! I’ve been trying to connect with her writing again ever since but I don’t think she is an author for me. All I see in her books are sex and silly and boring plots. Well, if we cans say there is one. I don’t laugh anymore. I don’t get emotionally connected with the characters. I don’t even feel all the spicy scenes that it seems it’s all her books are about now. They are all pretty formulaic, to be honest, and without any buildup behind. Some of her books even start with a sex scene right off the bat and goes on for several chapters, just like this one! I’m the kind of romance reader that needs a background story between the characters to feel these type of scenes and feel the love.
